Step Two
> Voice Assessment
You will also complete a 10-minute voice assessment which is given to all applicants to measure voice quality and tone. You must use a land line telephone and the Call Waiting feature must be disabled before attempting the assessment.
> Background Check
The background check is currently $12.95 you are expected to have No felonies or Misdemeanors which involve theft or fraud as they are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
Results are delivered within 1-3 days.
> Complete CSP 101
CSP 101 is a mandatory basic Arise certification course that every CSP must take.
Upon passing this course, you will have completed the Arise Admissions process and are ready to move on to selecting the client opportunity of your choice. NOTE: You do not have to wait for your background check results to begin the CSP 101 certification. ($99) Ocassionally goes on sale for ($19.95).
STUDENTS & MILITARY PERSONNEL DISCOUNTS Military CSP that are "Military" will get CSP 101 for FREE! To claim please do the following:
1. During the Admissions Process, select “Military” in the profile under “How did you hear about Arise?.”
2. AFTER completing the background check, email the CSPID and any proof of military to military@arise.com.
Proof may include but is not limited to military ID’s (spouse, active or veteran), certified letter or mail confirming military affiliation.Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process.
Student CSP 101- Free for Students! To claim please do the following:
1. During Admissions Process, select “Student/Educational” under “How did you hear about Arise?”
2. AFTER completing the background check, email the CSPID with scanned copy of student ID or documentation proving current enrollment to student@arise.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process.

You must select and interests before we accept your CSP ID to join our IBO.
Step Four
Once you've passed this course you will be asked if you would like to JOIN AN EXISTING IBO or form your own. Select JOIN EXISTING IBO and enter (62842) into IBO Number field.)
Step Five
Phone Interview/Web Conference
Once you have completed the admissions process successfully, a member of our Human Resource team will contact you to schedule a brief telephone interview or send you a link for a web session. Please be prepared to discuss career interests and personality traits to help match you with the most appropriate position. Please allow at least 15 minutes for phone interviews or 20 - 45 minutes for our web conference. We will send you a link to access the web conference.
