The owner Mrs. Portia Jefferson, of Perfect Dynamics Virtual Solutions, LLC. has over 14 years of combined experience within the Customer Service industry. The owner of the company started this organization in order to help others who wanted the opportunity to work from home and have more flexibility to spend time with their families.

 

Many individuals want to work from home, but do not know where to start or how to find the right opportunities that suits their current needs. Mrs. Jefferson realized the opportunities that she could extend to individuals that are suffering from hard times during this economic crisis and wanted to give a lending hand.

 

 

 

Mrs. Jefferson has heard individuals state that they wanted to work with Arise Virtual Solutions, but lacked the funding to start their own corporation to become an IBO servicing with Arise under a Master Agreement. Therefore she sought the opportunity to provide this platform to others who would like to take advantage of the benefits from working at home.

Giving Mrs. Jefferson's background in Accounting (Internal Revenue Service’s/Federal Government Sector), Administration/Human Resource (Military/Federal Government Sector), and Management (Customer Service Sector) she felt that operating a business entity partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions would help compliment her career progression.

If you're like Mrs. Jefferson than you have researched and researched opportunities online to work from home or have submitted to several companies with no results. It took Mrs. Jefferson some time to seal the deal, but after researching the benefits she felt there was no better opportunity during this economic time for her so she took the risk. The biggest risk is not having benefits that a job would more commonly offer.

Mrs. Jefferson took note that most Arise IBO's didn't offer benefits and only wanted the opportunity to benefit their organization. Mrs. Jefferson's philosophy is to treat her contractors as if they were actual employees; so she sought out to find benefits that other Arise IBO's do not offer or provide and began networking so that she could provide those benefits to her staff. We may be small, but pride ourselves and operate much like a big corporation.
