WHO IS ARISE?

WHAT DOES THE WORK INVOLVE?
​You will choose the client you wish to service. The work typically consists of taking inbound calls involving customer service. There can be an element of sales involved. There are some opportunities for technical support roles as well. Current opportunities are visible on the Arise portal during the Admissions process. Opportunity announcements are also sent out via email to those who have completed Admissions. Please take a look at these in detail before expressing interest, as they will give you further information about client specific certification classes and an idea of the kind of work involved with the specific client.
WHAT IS AN IBO AND CSP?
IBO stands for Independent Business Owner. An Independent Business Owner is simply a company that has gone through the process of becoming a legal business within their State and have legal rights to operate under a business entity. Perfect Dynamics Virtual Solutions, LLC. is an IBO that has a Master Service Agreement with Arise Virtual Solutions, which allows us to subcontract with other individuals who would like to partner with us as CSP's who work under our LLC. This is typically for those who do not want to own their own business or handle the management of owning their own business.
CSP stands for Client Support Professional. This is the term you will see quite often throughout your duration with the Arise Platform.
HOW MANY HOURS WILL I WORK?
Every opportunity will have a minimum number of hours that each CSP will be required to service per week. This will depend upon the actual needs of the client. The minimum requirement can be as low as 15 hours per week, but this will vary from client to client. For some clients the minimum is 20 hours per week. Some clients might also require that a small amount of hours be serviced at weekends.

CAN I SERVICE MULTIPLE CLIENTS AT THE SAME TIME?
Many CSPs are certified and service calls for multiple clients. However, CSP's cannot enroll into two client certification courses at the same time and can only service one client per interval shift.
WHY ARE BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED?
Arise and its clients have high integrity standards and, thus, no one can become a Client Support Professional if they are convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to a felony or certain misdemeanour charges (such as fraud). Some clients have more stringent standards with respect to being eligible to service their particular account.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE A SERVICING FEE?
Arise charges a $19.75 per CSP service fee per pay period to cover the training portal and the overall infrastructure that is laid out for you to gain the opportunity to work for major clients. Perfect Dynamics Virtual Solutions values it's CSP's therefore we have created the structural system based off of our S.T.A.R.S program ratings. Based off your ratings you will receive incentives that may include discounted IBO Association Fees. Our current IBO Association Fee is $20 which equals to $39.75 to include the Arise Tech Fee of $19.75 that is charged. This Fee covers accounting, payroll, and administration that is needed in order to keep you servicing through Arise. Arise doesn't pay us to allow you to service under our company, but they do charge us for allowing you to service under our company as well as payroll providers charge as well.
DO YOU ALL HAVE OPPORTUNITIES OUTSIDE OF ARISE VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS?
Yes! We want to provide remote opportunities to all individuals that want to enjoy a high level of flexibility, freedom, and control over their income.
Some of our other opportunities require you to have some sales acumen as there are no limits on your income potential with these opportunities. Other opportunities may require you to have a high level of math acumen and again has no income cap on the amount you're capable of making. While other opportunities may be a tad more structural than some opportunities. Either way we are here to serve you in your endeavor of working from home.
